· Well
versed with good coding standards

· Able to
manage a team of about 8/10 members

·
Technically sound and ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality
compliance.

· Provide
guidance to the team if the team faces any technical issue

· Follow up
with customer delivery schedules.

· Possess
robust Project Management, Client Expectation Management, and
Internal resource management skills.

· Good
written as well as verbal English communication capability

· Prior
experience of developing applications in Java, Java EE/Spring, RESTful web
services, JBoss/WebLogic, Oracle/MySQL is good to have

· Good
understanding of High Availability, Load balancers & Networking. Knowledge
of the cyber security domain will be good to have.

· Good
Knowledge and experience of SDLC processes (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile framework)

· Good team
management capability
