What you will do
- Lead end-to-end solution design for pharmaceutical and life-sciences clients.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and client teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide technical thought leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
- Drive proof-of-concepts, feasibility studies, and performance tuning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GMP).





Requirements
Must Have
- 2–5 years of consulting or industry experience in pharma, life sciences, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical or Biotechnology Engineering (or closely related).
- Demonstrated track record of architecting enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, validation processes and regulatory needs.
- Excellent communication skills—able to present complex designs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred Experience & Sourcing Targets

Nice to Have
- Industry pedigree: candidates currently or formerly at Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s, Pfizer, Novartis, etc.
- Consulting backgrounds: life-sciences practice at PwC, KPMG, McKinsey, BCG or similar.
- Experience working with digital validation platforms, LIMS integrations or process-management tools.
