Global Credit Finance (GCF) Loan Operations provides operational support for several GCF products within Finance.
Loan Servicing Unit (LSU) Associate is needed to service credit facilities on the Bank’s loan accounting system(s), process related cash transfers and perform reconcilements/exception report reviews.

Primary Responsibilities
- Closely monitor the team on day to day basis to ensure all SLA’s are met and any exceptions are immediately escalated for resolution. Supervise a process which performs Deal Closing, processing Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation.
- Initiate cash movements via internal transfer and Fed wire/SWIFT
- Reconcile general ledger/demand deposit accounts; document discrepancies timely
- Analyzing and researching items for resolution
- Processing transactions or resolving exceptions
- Handles Letters of Credit maintenance
- Manage Interest and fee logs
- Handling client queries on Life cycle event




- Provide client support and training
- Drive 100% compliance to Process related Policies, Guidelines and Controls
- Be the SME - Handle complex Process related queries and clarifications from the Team members and route these to onshore teams for resolution if required.
- Should have an eye for detail to ensure all documents are processed and reviewed correctly.
- Implement a robust Knowledge Management model including maintenance of SOPs, process/policy change management, training of recent joiners and ongoing training of existing Team.
- Ensure timely escalation to the management as and when required
- Motivate and support the Team Members to meet their Goals and Objectives. Self-motivated and flexible with working hours
- Identify and drive Process improvements and other initiatives
- Identifying alternatives, options and different ways of looking at issues/problems and to seek alternative scenario’s
- Ability to identify change
