Job Description: Senior Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer (Male candidates only) to lead engineering projects and drive technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration, ensuring that projects meet quality and regulatory standards.

Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 6 days a week (Sunday off)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide advanced technical expertise and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Mentor, guide, and support junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.




- Prepare and review technical documentation, designs, and reports.
- Conduct regular project reviews to track progress and address potential risks.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
- Act as a point of escalation for technical challenges within the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Minimum of 5 years of qualified experience in engineering roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, and quality standards.
