What you’ll build
- Serve as the key interface between RISE Sales/Engagement teams and ECS technical experts
- Work effectively under pressure while continuously delivering value to customers and the organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within ECS and beyond to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction; includes direct customer interaction and operational coordination with partners/system integrators during onboarding and upgrade projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout onboarding, release upgrade, and migration phases.




- Demonstrate strong stakeholder-management skills across both internal and external parties.
- Lead and manage projects autonomously, consistently ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes through strong project-management expertise.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills across all levels of engagement.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or related fields
- Ten or more years of experience in managing/ running landscape provisioning, installation, migration and release upgrades.
- 5 + years of experience with SAP Basis. Executed and managed Migration projects
- 5 ＋ Years of experience with Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer facing role and should have excellent command on de-escalating the critical situations. Experience with Datacenter migration.
- Profound IT backend technology experience.
