Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Benefits with strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits configuration, implementation, and client-facing activities. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise across benefits design, eligibility rules, enrollment processing, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires supporting North America clients, working in NA shift timings, and handling cross-functional interactions with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional delivery for Oracle HCM Advantages Cloud across design, configuration, and deployment.
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional solution designs.
- Configure Benefits flows including:
- Eligibility profiles
- Benefits plans & programs
- Rates, coverages, options
- Enrollment windows & life events
- Support Open Enrollment (OE) and Life Event testing & execution.
- Execute data migration and validations for Benefits-related data.
- Manage setup migration between environments (DEV â TEST â PROD).
- Engage directly with North American stakeholders across global teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare phases.
- Provide functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
