Job Description:

Qualifications:
First Class or equivalent in a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline from a recognised university.A
PhD or equivalent in the relevant discipline is essential.
A robust record of post-PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.
Consistent academic record with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in qualifying degrees.
Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Proven leadership and management capabilities in academic or industry settings.
Evidence of scholarly contributions, including research papers, patents, or equivalent,t as judged by the selection committee.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the institution or department.
Oversee curriculum development, academic planning, and quality assurance.
Lead and mentor faculty and research scholars,



fostering research excellence and academic growth.
Manage institutional resources and budgets effectively.
Facilitate faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Engage with external stakeholders, including industry partners, academic bodies, and government agencies, to enhance institutional reputation.
Promote a positive academic culture focused on excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams and students.
Proficiency in research supervision and academic publishing.
Experience in policy formulation and institutional governance.
