Requirements
What you will do

â Take ownership of feature development from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience.

â Partner daily with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.

â Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

â Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs,



implementing robust solutions to ensure a smooth and crash-free experience for our players.

â Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to help the team iterate faster and more effectively.

â Mentor and train junior engineers, shaping their career progression and growth.

What we are looking for

â 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application / game development.

â Strong command on Flutter (Dart), and experience building rich applications or games with it.

â Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including hands-on experience working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) layers.

â Proven experience with modern programming languages and a deep understanding of CS Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS.

â Ability to communicate technical concepts and know-hows to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
