We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Sales to manage and mentor our field sales executives. The ideal candidate will bring 9+ years of experience in B2B sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This role involves strategizing, team supervision, performance monitoring, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
â Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on field sales.
â Coach and train team members to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
â Track team KPIs and sales performance; implement action plans for underperforming areas.
â Conduct regular field visits to ensure high-quality customer interactions and relationship building.
â Strategically segment the market and assign territories to maximize coverage and results.
â Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with business goals.
â Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine pitches and improve the value proposition.
Requirements
â Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and upskill sales teams.
â Strategic Sales Execution: Strong B2B sales planning, execution, and optimization skills.
â Customer Engagement: Expertise in relationship-building and upselling to small and medium enterprises.
â Performance Management: Ability to monitor KPIs, conduct reviews, and drive improvements.
â Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
â Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to challengesâ Education: Graduate-level degree; MBA preferred.
â Experience: 9+ years in sales with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
â Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
â Personality: Results-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative.
