- We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- She will be responsible to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and interact with their peers.
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with diverse learning needs, including those with special needs or English language learners.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in school events.




- Collaborate with other preschool teachers and staff members to coordinate curriculum, classroom routines, and special events.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones, and regularly communicate with the school administration and parents.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and school policies and procedures.
- Participate in career development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.

Requirements
Required Qualifications - E.C.C.Ed.

Required Skills - Should be fluent in English.
