About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead the development team delivering modern digital experiences and technology solutions for global clients. This role combines technical leadership, engineering excellence, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight.

The Tech Lead will serve as the primary technical owner for a portfolio of projects, working closely with product, design, engineering, internal and/or external stakeholders across geographies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineering leader who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guide development teams,



drive delivery excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This role offers the opportunity to influence technical direction, mentor developers, and contribute to the adoption of emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions and modern cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Lead the implementation of digital products and customer-facing experiences across channels – web, email, banner, IVAs.
- Partner with product, UX, and creative teams to translate business requirements and design concepts into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
