In this vital role you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, including Cloud Discovery, Optimization, and Governance. Your primary responsibilities will include request fulfillment, incident response, platform maintenance, and general system administration. Additionally, you will assist with junior developer tasks such as creating workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing application configurations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the platform operates smoothly and that IT asset data is properly managed, governed, and optimized.
