Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Manager – Cybersecurity to lead enterprise sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cybersecurity solutions sales, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in cybersecurity sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand security requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution demonstrations
- Handle RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Drive upselling, cross-selling,



and account growth
- Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and provide sales forecasts

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, with at least 3 years in Cybersecurity Sales
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and frameworks
- Experience handling enterprise-level clients and large accounts
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), firewalls, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to close high-value deals independently
- Experience in RFP management, tendering, and large deal closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong network within IT decision-makers and CXO-level stakeholders (preferred)
