We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Team Lead to lead our DevOps and Platform Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. The role involves leading a team of DevOps engineers, driving automation initiatives, improving deployment processes, and ensuring platform reliability and operational excellence.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design cluster upgrade, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and optimize cluster performance.
- Implement workload security and governance policies.
- Implement DevSecOps practices throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance with security policies.




- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.
- Manage secrets and certificate lifecycle.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational tasks.
- Improve release processes and deployment reliability.
- Implement GitOps methodologies using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Lead critical production incident response.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure SLA and uptime commitments are met.
- Develop operational runbooks and standard operating procedures.
