Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned SAP US Payroll skilled with 6–10 years of hands-on experience,
particularly in supporting and enhancing SAP HR modules with a strong focus on Canada Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, support project experience, and a collaborative mindset to drive operational excellence and compliance in HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.
- Design, develop, and enhance Payroll Schemas and PCRs based on business requirements.
- Handle end-to-end US payroll processing, payroll validation, and issue resolution.
- Work extensively with BSI Tax Factory and TUBS for payroll tax processing.
- Perform payroll testing, regression testing, and support payroll implementation activities.
- Execute and validate ADP Quarterly File testing (preferred).
- Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and provide production support.
- Work with inbound and outbound payroll interfaces and understand end-to-end interface functionality.
