This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product thinking, technology execution, and business operations. You will own the end-to-end technology roadmap for Starla Jewels — spanning our D2C website, ERP/OMS/POS systems, CRM, loyalty programmes, digital marketing stack, and in-store tech — ensuring that every system is reliable, integrated, and continuously improving.

You will work closely with the leadership team, external tech vendors, and internal brand and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions — and deliver them on time, every time.

Product
Strategy & Roadmap
- Own and maintain a rolling 6–12 month technology product roadmap aligned to business goals across D2C, retail, and omni-channel.
- Define, prioritise, and scope features and integrations for the e-commerce website, mobile app (if applicable), and in-store digital touchpoints.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer journey analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the digital experience.




- Translate high-level business requirements from founders and stakeholders into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across technology initiatives — from vendor discovery and scoping to UAT, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with transparent timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigations.
- Own vendor relationships: agencies, SaaS platforms, freelancers, and integration partners. Drive accountability through SLAs and structured review cadences.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation including PRDs, BRDs, SOWs, sprint plans, and change logs.

Omni-Channel Technology & Integrations
- Oversee the integration and health of the full technology stack: Shopify / custom e-commerce, ERP (e.g., Unicommerce, SAP B1), POS, WMS, CRM, CDP, payment gateways, and logistics aggregators.
