We are seeking an experienced and
performance-driven Senior Recruitment Operations Manager to
oversee our recruitment operations. This strategic role will involve
managing a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery excellence, client
satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role
in optimising recruitment processes, managing client accounts, and
scaling business outcomes.

Recruitment
Operations Leadership
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
operations for domestic and international clients.
- Execute
high-volume (bulk), lateral, and leadership hiring
within TAT and cost metrics.
- Standardize recruitment workflows,
KPIs, and quality benchmarks.

Team Management & Development
- Lead and mentor
a team of 10–15 recruiters and team leads.
- Set and
track performance targets, conduct reviews, and initiate
training programs.
- Foster high-performance and
ownership-driven culture.

Client Relationship Management
- Act as SPOC for key
clients, manage escalations, and conduct reviews
meetings.
- Ensure SLA adherence, gather feedback,




and customize hiring strategies as needed.

Requirements
- Experience: 6–8 years in recruitment operations, preferably in a staffing agency.
- Industry Exposure: BPO, KPO, Call Center, BFSI, and US Staffing (preferred).
- Team Handling: Prior experience in managing recruitment teams.
- Tools: Proficiency in Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS/CRM systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Mindset: Result-oriented, metrics-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
