Role Overview
The Account Delivery Leader is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery ownership of large Healthcare accounts, ensuring seamless execution, SLA adherence, financial governance, and client satisfaction. In this role, the Leader is expected to drive the transformation of service delivery aligned to the Heathcare trends, Artificial Intelligence and has technical skills. The role acts as the single‑point delivery leader for healthcare customers, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, transformation, and growth.
This role requires robust healthcare domain understanding, experience managing complex delivery portfolios across Payer,



Provider and Lifesciences and the ability to partner with senior client stakeholders while leading large, global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Account Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery across programs and projects within the Healthcare account, ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs, quality, cost, and timelines
- Understanding of the AI , Gen AI technologies and ability to leverage these to drive productivity , Quality and create differentiator in the customer environment
- Define and govern delivery parameters, delivery models, staffing plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive account health through proactive monitoring of delivery metrics, audits, early warning indicators, and escalations
- Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including healthcare‑specific requirements
- Drive Delivery Excellence and Quality Initiatives
