We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer (Meta Ads Manager) to lead high-performance paid social campaigns for D2C and eCommerce brands. This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in scaling Meta campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and driving profitable customer acquisition while managing substantial advertising budgets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for D2C and eCommerce brands.
- Own end-to-end campaign management, including audience research, media planning, creative strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining target ROAS, CAC, MER, and profitability.




- Develop and test audience strategies, creatives, bidding methods, placements, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative, design, content, and tech teams to improve ad performance.
- Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Events Manager, and tracking integrations.
- Analyze customer journeys, attribution models, and funnel performance to maximize conversions.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, AI-powered advertising features, privacy updates, and emerging paid media trends.
- Mentor junior media buyers and contribute to process improvements within the Ad Operations team.

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for D2C and eCommerce brands.
