- Manage the clinic reception and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
- Welcome patients and guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handle patient inquiries through in-person interactions, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule,



and coordinate patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient and appointment records.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide patients with relevant information regarding appointments, procedures, and clinic services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified reception area.
- Handle basic administrative and front-office responsibilities.
- Assist with billing, payment coordination, receipts, and other front-desk transactions when required.
- Follow clinic policies and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
