- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential restaurant owners and managers to generate new sales opportunities.
- Research and identify qualified leads across the food & beverage sector using targeted outreach strategies.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and readiness to move forward.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new prospects, building rapport and understanding key challenges.
- Clearly communicate Zoho’s value proposition and align solutions to customer-specific pain points.
- Collaborate with the sales team to attend discovery and product demonstration meetings.
- Document client requirements and insights during meetings to support the sales process.
- Draft comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) documents based on client needs and internal input.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals.
- Review internal rate cards and assist in preparing basic commercial proposals.
- Support negotiation discussions under guidance from senior sales personnel.
- Deliver confident,



client-focused presentations that simplify complex product features into relatable benefits.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR, or business development, preferably within SaaS or IT services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi; proficiency.
- Proven ability to understand business challenges and match them with appropriate Zoho solutions.
- Familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem (including Zoho CRM, Analytics, Projects, and Books) is highly advantageous.
- Tech-savvy, self-driven, and focused on achieving individual and team targets.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines efficiently.
