Key Responsibilities:

â Develop innovative home textile designs & collections

â Create prints, patterns, color concepts & fabric developments

â Research global market trends, themes & customer preferences

â Coordinate with merchandising & production teams for sample development

â Prepare design presentations, mood boards & artwork files

â Work on product categories like bedsheets, curtains, cushions, table linen, rugs, etc.

â Ensure designs align with buyer expectations and market demand

â Support product development and seasonal collections

Requirements
Strong creativity and design visualization skills
Experience in Home Textile / Textile Design
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW




Good understanding of colors, patterns, fabrics & textures
Knowledge of global textile and home décor trends
Ability to create commercial and export-oriented designs
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Textile Design / Fashion Design
- Experience in home textile export companies preferred
