Role:

This position will be responsible for achieving the Agency Sales
Objectives planned for the year in the given geography/region. The role-holder
will be the owner of the recruitment, training and developing a robust Agency
force consisting of FAs and Front Line managers in the defined geography. RM
would be managing a region, with a team span of approximately 100-125
employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch managers to ensure effective performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to branch managers.
- Operational Oversight:
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance metrics, including sales, client acquisition, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all branches.
- Identify and address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve branch performance.




- Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue within the region.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee regional budget and financial performance, including forecasting and cost management.
- Ensure branches meet their financial targets and manage resources effectively.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with branch managers and staff to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for branch staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
