Customer Support Engineer 2Your Main Responsibilities
- Create/develop complex e-commerce applications as a member of diverse, high-energy technical teams focused on full life-cycle development based on Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads, and Project members to develop new functionality from business specifications.
- Get involved in the entire lifecycle including analysis, development, issue resolution, and monitoring.
- Perform hands-on coding and proactively mentor junior developers.
- Work in highly collaborative teams that strive to build quality code and provide business value.
- Continually learn, mentor, and develop your career.
- Focus on clean, high-quality code and solid design principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Write and execute unit test cases for developed functionalities.
- This role will require working in a shift-based model, comprising two rotational shifts and participation in an on-call support roster as required.

About the Ideal Candidate




- Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech/MS), preferably in Computer Science.
- 3-6 years of professional programming experience.
- Hands-on experience in Sitecore development.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET / .NET technologies.
- Experience in CMS customization and API integrations.
- Experience with Azure cloud deployment.
- Excellent Object-Oriented design and development skills.
- Strong knowledge of Sitecore CMS, SXA, C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) within a Continuous Integration environment.
- Experience working in a Secure/Agile environment will be an added advantage.
