· Responsible for Man power & Machine planning, Utilisation
and Assembly line TAKT Efficiency

· Schedule Assembly sequence to meet OTS Targets

· Co-ordinate for On the job training for Recent and
Existing operators

· Responsible for maintaining the 5S in Shop floor

· Analysis and Improvement in PDI Reworks

· Responsible for ensuring proper handling material
in the shop floor

· Maintain Inventory accuracy in Assembly shop
- Hands on experience in
implementing SOP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Abnormality management.
- Knowledge
of vehicle systems (Technical know-how of the products)

Requirements
Experience

4-6 years

Industry Preferred

EV / Automotive / Auto Ancillary

Qualifications

B.E/B. Tech –Mechanical/Automobile

General Requirements
- SAP – PP
/ MM Module knowledge
- MS Office
