? Location : Mumbai
✡️ Qualification:*B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Tech Chemical Engineering (MBA Marketing Preferred)
✡️ Salary: Upto 25 to 30 LPA
✡️ Experience:15–20 Years (Minimum 8–10 Years in Leadership Roles)

Job Responsibilities:-

? Develop and execute business strategy for the Lubricants Division to drive revenue and profitability.
? Lead national sales, marketing, pricing, branding, and channel expansion initiatives.
? Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key industrial customers.
? Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
? Work closely with the R&D; team on lubricant formulation, product development, and commercialization.
? Provide technical support on lubricant formulations, additives, base oils, greases, and specialty lubricants.
? Lead product launches, customer trials, and application engineering activities.
? Coordinate with Sales, Marketing,



Production, R&D;, and Supply Chain for seamless business operations.
? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
? Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and technical teams while driving a customer-focused culture.

✡️ *2. Position: Manager – Solvents (Sales & Marketing)
? *Location: Navi Mumbai – Koparkhairne*
✡️ *Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Chemistry (MBA/PGDM Preferred)*
✡️ *Salary: 14-15 LPA*
✡️ *Experience:12–13 Years (Industrial Chemicals / Solvents / Specialty Chemicals)*

*Job Responsibilities:-*

? Drive sales growth and business development for Industrial Solvents across domestic and international markets.
? Develop current customers in Paints, Coatings, Printing Inks, Adhesives, Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Textile Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Specialty Chemicals.
? Build and maintain strong relationships
