​We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Business Analyst to join our agile team. The ideal candidate is curious about AI technologies and has foundational knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, agentic workflows, and iterative AI development, along with a solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including the software development lifecycle, APIs, databases, testing, debugging, version control, and basic programming concepts. The candidate should be comfortable using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other GenAI products. You will gather business requirements, design AI workflows, and collaborate with engineers and the product team to translate business needs into practical AI features. Responsibilities
- Learn and develop deep expertise in ZBrain's platform capabilities, AI agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze,



and document requirements for AI use cases, business processes, and agentic workflows.
- Translate business requirements into AI solution designs, workflow specifications, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design, build, and optimize AI workflows within ZBrain by applying prompt engineering, context engineering, and iterative AI development best practices.
- Work closely with software engineers to define APIs, integrations, data requirements, and implementation approaches for AI solutions.
- Test, validate, and refine AI agents and workflows by evaluating outputs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving solution quality.
- Prepare solution documentation, presentations, prototypes, and product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
