Role Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is part of Rocket Learning's People & Culture team and partners closely with

leaders across an assigned cluster of states/functions to build engaged, high-performing teams that can deliver

impact at scale.





The HRBP role will start by building strong foundations across the employee lifecycle, gradually growing

into broader business partnering responsibilities to drive impact. The role will also involve leading an

organisation-wide People & Culture initiative — contributing to the systems, processes, and programmes

that strengthen employee experience at Rocket Learning.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

â Partner with leaders across the assigned state cluster on people priorities and workforce planning.

â Identify people trends, risks, and opportunities, and work with leaders to implement interventions.

â Partner on performance, talent, and annual compensation review processes across the assigned region.

â Support organisational change initiatives and help drive adoption of key People & Culture programmes.

â Coach and support managers on people practices including performance conversations, employee relations,
