About the Role

Third Bridge is building a dedicated AI Enablement Group to accelerate practical AI adoption across our global business. This role will help define how teams across horizontal functions such as Finance, Commercial,



Marketing, Editorial, People Operations, Legal, and Compliance leverage AI to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

As the AI Enablement Lead, you will own the knowledge foundation that enables AI adoption at scale across Third Bridge. Your focus will be on three core areas: building and maintaining the organisation's AI use-case library, developing reusable prompt libraries, and creating the training programmes that bring both to life for business teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and scaling practical AI solutions. While you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, the primary focus is delivering tangible AI-enabled outcomes rather than managing projects, vendors, or large teams.
