Description:

An Assistant
Finance Manager with a focus on financial modelling is responsible for
supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes through
the development and maintenance of complex financial models.

Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and
enhance financial models to support business planning, decision-making,
and strategic initiatives.
- Perform scenario analysis and
stress testing to evaluate potential impacts on the company’s financial
health.
- Assist in the preparation of
long-term financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Collaborate with various
departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with overall strategic
goals.
- Analyze financial data to
identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue
enhancement.
- Prepare comprehensive




financial reports and presentations for senior management and
stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights
and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and
initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating
investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic
projects.
- Work closely with the finance
team and other departments to foster a collaborative and high-performance
work setting.
- Mentor and guide junior
financial analysts and support staff.

Skills &
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in financial
modelling, data analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
- Knowledge of financial
software and Excel.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.
