With a deep understanding of maritime regulations, crewing standards, and international seafarer mobility, the Talent Acquisition Manager ensures that our workforce is not only qualified and certified but also aligned with our organizational culture and strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment pipelines, building solid talent pipelines,



and leading a high-performing recruitment team. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, ensuring crew readiness, and supporting the global expansion of our maritime fleet and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization’s maritime operational and expansion goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key maritime roles including Chief Engineers, Deck Officers, Marine Surveyors, Port Operations Managers, and Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) crew.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with maritime training institutes, seafarer unions, and international recruitment agencies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques—including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and maritime job boards—to identify passive and active candidates with relevant certifications (STCW, GMDSS, etc.).
