Job Description:

Job Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders (POs) and procurement documentation. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, compare prices, and follow up on orders. Maintain and update supplier and product databases. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contract conditions with vendors to achieve cost savings without compromising on technical or quality standards. Follow up with vendors for compliance with delivery schedules, technical documents, inspection requirements, and material testing. Liaise with QA/QC teams and third-party inspectors for material verification and compliance. Support vendor evaluation and assist in contract management. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and coordinating with accounts for payments.



Prepare procurement reports, documentation, and records for audits. Provide administrative support to the procurement department as needed.

Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical. Skills and Requirements Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP and SAP systems is a plus. Solid communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of project procurement cycle and commercial terms (Incoterms, Payment Terms, PBG, LDs, etc.). Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
