About the Role

The Inside Sales Executive at Rubiscape
owns the full inside-sales cycle for mid-market and select enterprise accounts
— from first discovery call through to signed order form — without requiring
field travel. You will engage data and analytics decision-makers at companies
scaling their BI and AI ambitions, articulating why Rubiscape’s unified
platform delivers 3Ã faster pipelines and 5Ã lower TCO compared to fragmented
legacy tooling. Working closely with BDRs who hand off qualified opportunities,
Solutions Engineers who run technical deep-dives, and Customer Success who
ensure renewal health, you are the commercial quarterback who closes deals and
expands accounts.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a pipeline of 30–50
active opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts, advancing each
deal through discovery, solution mapping, commercial negotiation, and
procurement to close.

· Lead platform demonstration
sessions and executive value workshops tailored to the prospect’s industry
(BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare) and decision-maker persona (CDO,



Head of
Analytics, CIO).

· Build and present ROI business
cases that quantify the impact of Rubiscape’s Decision Intelligence Platform
against the customer’s current data and analytics spend.

· Coordinate with Solutions
Engineers, Qualified Services, and Customer Success to scope implementation
timelines, trial environments, and proof-of-concept engagements that de-risk
purchase decisions.

· Negotiate commercial terms
within approved discount frameworks, managing legal and procurement processes
with large enterprise and government buyers.

· Maintain accurate and
up-to-date opportunity records in Zoho CRM — including stage, close date, deal
value, stakeholder map, and next steps — to support accurate weekly forecast
reporting.

· Drive expansion revenue within
the existing customer base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
across Rubiscape’s six studios.
