- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic roles (especially BPO/contact center).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins & referrals.
- Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate-job fit.
- Coordinate interviews & follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage bulk hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Post jobs across various platforms & create visuals using Canva.
- Track performance using TAT, KPIs, and KRAs.
- Coordinate with client HR & operations teams for deployments.
- Maintain daily trackers and reports.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are
welcome.
- Strong interest in the recruitment and HR consultancy space.




- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of job portals and social media sourcing.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva (preferred, not mandatory).
