Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Finance Specialist to join our India operations team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations bridging both Indian regulatory requirements and US-based client billing processes. This role demands solid hands-on expertise in Zoho Books and QuickBooks, along with solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll compliance, and cross-border financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare, review, and send accurate client invoices for IT consulting and staffing services rendered to US-based clients.

• Track project-wise billing milestones and ensure timely invoicing aligned with contract terms (hourly, fixed-price, retainer).

• Manage billing adjustments, credit notes, and dispute resolution with clients.
