Position: Personal Assistant to MD & International Marketing
Location: Veraval, Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Gender Preference: Female Candidate

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily coordination and scheduling for the Managing Director
- Handle emails, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointment calendars
- Assist in international marketing activities and overseas client communication
- Coordinate with export customers and maintain professional correspondence
- Prepare presentations, reports, quotations, and business documents
- Follow up with internal departments for timely execution of tasks
- Maintain confidential records and important company documents
- Support business development and client relationship management activities
- Coordinate during exhibitions, client visits, and business meetings
- Maintain MIS reports and update management regularly
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Skilled personality with strong coordination abilities
- Knowledge of international business communication preferred
- Smart, presentable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or International Marketing Support role
- Experience in manufacturing/export industry will be an added advantage
