Job Description:

• Manage deployment of IT infrastructure, including quality control and manufacturing system equipment.

• Administrate helpdesk operations for day-to-day hardware, software, network, CCTV surveillance, and attendance system queries.

• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of ERP/HRMS systems and other software.

• Implement and maintain IT security solutions such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems.

• Ensure technical controls across servers, operating systems, networks, and standalone systems.

• Deploy IT/OT networking segregation, especially for operating systems and SCADA systems.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors for the deployment of IT infrastructure and security components.

• Develop and deploy IT SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

• Regularly update and maintain hardware inventories. • Perform preventive maintenance on all IT equipment.

• Provide user training sessions on common hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Implement network redundancy solutions to minimize downtime risks.
