Job Summary:

Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms.

The Addressable Engineering organization within Disney Entertainment and ESPN organization is fully responsible for building, enhancing and maintaining the high-performance, distributed, microservice-based Digital Advertising Platform. The platform is charged with the privacy compliant qualification, selection, delivery, and tracking of Digital Advertising campaigns for Video on Demand, Live TV, innovative interactive ads, and Programmatic Solutions across all of Disney online properties, including D+, Hulu and ESPN+ in domestic and international markets.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position, ideal for leaders who enjoy staying close to architecture, design,



and code while managing engineers and managers; and building robust engineering organizations. You’ll draw from deep and broad technical expertise to mentor engineers, complete hands-on technical work, and provide leadership on complex technical issues. You will play a key role in scaling the platform through modernization efforts, and growing the next generation of engineering leadership in India. You’ll be a strong advocate of responsible usage of artificial intelligence to improve software quality and developer productivity.
