Role Purpose

Own the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of client solutions. Act as the single point of technical accountability while balancing architecture quality with delivery velocity.

Key Responsibilities

· Own system architecture for FastAPI-based backend and ReactJS frontend

· Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs

· Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders

· Define API standards, data models, and integration patterns

· Review and approve architecture, PRs, and critical code paths

· Guide Associate Consultants and Developers on best practices

· Make final decisions on performance, security, and scalability trade-offs

· Collaborate with AWS infrastructure teams on deployment strategies

What This Role Is NOT

· Not a hands-on-only coding role





· Not limited to backend or frontend only

· Not a project manager role

Requirements
Required Skills

· Strong FastAPI architecture (async, dependency injection, background tasks)

· REST API design, authentication, authorization patterns

· ReactJS architecture understanding (state, performance, component patterns)

· Azure OR AWS services (EC2, ECS/Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM)

· Experience leading teams in client-facing environments

· Excellent communication and technical articulation skills
