Position : Order Processing Executive (E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process orders across all e-commerce platforms
- Handle customer queries, emails, and communication professionally
- Update order details, inventory records, and daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatches
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Track, follow up, and resolve order-related issues
- Support order management activities,



including Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

Requirements
- Positive English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Highly responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in e-commerce operations is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Sales Order Processing, Purchase Orders, and Order Management
- Ability to coordinate and track orders efficiently
- Prior experience with ERP or relevant software tools is desirable
