Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPB or equivalent).
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
- Solid clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in OPD, IPD, NICU, PICU, and emergency pediatric care.
- Proficiency in pediatric diagnostics, treatment protocols, and emergency management procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with children and their families.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases efficiently, and make quick, accurate clinical decisions.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and shift rotations.
