We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, and ITSM domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals
Lead platform design, integrations, and technical governance
Oversee integrations with enterprise systems like SAP & SuccessFactors
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, compliance, and platform standards
Support release management, upgrade planning, and setting strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Guide developers and consultants throughout implementation lifecycle
Required Skills:
Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across CSM, HRSD & ITSM
Expertise in CMDB, Flow Designer, Integration Hub & custom app development
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows & JavaScript scripting
Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar systems
