Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in OPD, IPD, and emergency departments.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including ECG, TMT, ECO, and Echo with clinical accuracy.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions requiring immediate intervention in emergency and ICU settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care strategies as needed.
- Provide timely consultation and support during critical care scenarios in the ICU.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hospital policies, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response duties as required.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Requirements:
- MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Council (NMC).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in medicine, with exposure to OPD, IPD, emergency, ICU, and diagnostic services.
- Proven proficiency in performing and interpreting ECG, TMT, ECHO, and ECO.
- Robust clinical decision-making skills in emergency and critical care environments.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stakes clinical scenarios.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to medical ethics and best practices.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and shift rotations.
