A skilled Interior Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience, strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills, and excellent space
planning abilities. The ideal candidate will manage multi-location design
projects from concept to execution while ensuring adherence to timelines, brand
standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle multi-location projects,
delivering standardized designs across all sites.

· Collaborate with
franchise-based or multi-unit operations for smooth execution.

· Prepare and review designs
using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

· Interpret blueprints,
architectural drawings, and feasibility reports.

· Ensure ergonomic, safe, and
aesthetic designs, including child-friendly furniture and material selection.

· Maintain brand consistency
while meeting deadlines (48-hour design turnaround).





· Comply with child safety
regulations, infrastructure standards, and fire & safety norms.

· Create cost-effective designs
without compromising quality.

· Incorporate acoustic, lighting,
ventilation, and spatial ergonomics principles.

· Travel for site visits and
partner discussions as required.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior
Design or Architecture.

· 3–4 years of experience in interior design (residential,
commercial, or educational projects).

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

· Solid understanding of space
utilization and ergonomics.

· Excellent communication,
coordination, and time management skills
