As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities

Work Experience:
- Experience in Business analysis and Process/Service Excellence
- Assessing existing processes, process performance, process documentation and governance, assist in the creation of to-be state processes and develop and execute continuous improvement programs
- Act as a bridge to align processes connecting business, operations, technology, and support teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills, collaboration, and stakeholders’ management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
