Job Responsibilities:

ï¶ Achieve the sales using various customer centric sale methods such as Door-to-Door

visit, cold calling, Detailing presentations etc.

ï¶ Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their





effectiveness in improving and driving the sales to an appreciable level.

ï¶ Evaluate customer skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships with

farmers and other key clientele.

ï¶ Meet personal and team sales targets assigned from time to time.

ï¶ Research accounts and generate or follow through sale leads.

ï¶ Attending meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast with the latest

developments in the field specified.

ï¶ Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

ï¶ Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

ï¶ Identify new markets, distributors, and growth opportunities in the territory.

ï¶ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and

stakeholders.

ï¶ Monitor competitor activities and market trends to guide business planning.
