Summary:

The Human Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by leading end-to-end HR operations with a focus on talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and strategic workforce development. This position is responsible for overseeing critical HR functions including recruitment & talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, streamline HR processes through effective HRMIS management, and foster a high-engagement workplace culture. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and employee-centric practices, the HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives. This role is instrumental in shaping a scalable, compliant, and motivated workforce that supports sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:




- Lead full-cycle recruitment & talent acquisition, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and early engagement.
- Oversee exit processes, including offboarding, exit interviews, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Administer compensation & advantages programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate payroll activities in collaboration with finance, ensuring timely and error-free disbursements.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and organizational standards.
- Conduct performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and appraisal reviews.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
