ï· Member of 24x7 Cloud Network Operations Centre

ï· Working on escalated/production issues and providing solution adhering to the SLA

ï· Guide L1 engineers & work alongside for troubleshooting

ï· Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

ï· Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

ï· Should be knowledgeable in Server Administration (Windows/Linux)

ï· Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts

Requirements
ï Strong hands-on knowledge of setting up production, staging and dev environments on AWS

ï Should be knowledgeable in Server Administration (Windows and/or Linux)

ï Strong SQL/Windows administration experience preferably with certification





ï Solid Database administration experience preferably with certification

ï Web server configuration, fine tuning and management

ï AWS Certifications

ï Experience working on Cloud computing, DevOps, CI/CD

ï Excellent oral and written communication skills

ï Intermediate++ - Windows & Linux

ï Customer interaction experience

ï Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP addressing & Subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP,

VPN)

ï Experience working on Scripting languages

ï Exposure to Automation, DevOps

ï Experience working on ticketing system

ï Familiar with ITIL processes
