Oversee daily workflow of the department Apprenticeship Trainees Management,



Contract Labor Management, NEEM Trainees Management

IR Activities & Statutory Compliance

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to

staffing, recruiting, and retention.

Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent

management.

Manpower assessment, planning & budgeting

Develops, implements, and maintains departmental budget.

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and current technologies in human

resources, talent management, and employment laws.

Oversee annual Salary reviews & increments via Performance Management System Conduct

Performance Appraisals, 360 Reviews & oversee Career Development Programs

Annual review of Grades, job descriptions, promotion, etc.

Oversee the annual Member satisfaction survey

Oversee updates of the workforce Competency Matrix
