Position - Plant Financial Controller

Qualifications - CA/CA+ ICWA Qualified

Salary - Upto 35-40 LPA

Experience - More than 15 years

Accounting Software - Oracle ERP

Working Days: Mon - Sat (6 working Days)

Timings : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities -

1.To ensure the Monthly Period Closure in a time bound manner –AP, AR, FA, CMS, Inventory and GL & To timely publish the Monthly MIS / Financial Performance to the management.

2.To be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies, month end reporting and tax reporting with respect to

the all the domestic entities of KARAM group • To

actively participate in the on-going financial support and accounting service of all the group domestic entities and will work closely with the CFO on

critical aspects of business and operational strategy

3. Monthly Financial Review, Annual Statutory Audit (Internal & External Auditing, Interactions with Statutory Auditors), GST Compliances and Refunds (Interacting with Consultant & Digitization of GST refund process in EOU), Tax Audits,



Tax compliances (Preparing Tax Plans, Direct & Indirect both, Conversant with GST and Income Tax rules), Internal Audit,Treasury and Cash Management (Forecasting, Debt Management, Annual Due-Diligence, etc.), Costing ( Analyzing Production cost, Protability, Cost Trends, Implementation of Costing Module in ERP), Budgeting & Forecasting, People Management (Provide feedback and reinforcement, Perform regular PMS)

4.Shall have experience in Treasury and Cash Management, costing, Budgeting. forecasting, people management etc.

5.Shall have valuable communication skills, presentation, team management and leadership skills.
